The Company announces that it received today, notice from Mr G V Nicholls, a director of the Company, of the following market sale of Ordinary Shares of 4p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company:

Following the above transaction, Mr Nicholls' beneficial interest in the Company's shares is 620,062 Ordinary Shares, which is equivalent to 1.12% of the Company's issued share capital.
Additionally, Mr Nicholls is a director of Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited, the Trustee of the Albemarle & Bond Pawnbrokers Limited Employee Benefit Trust, which currently holds 390,667 Ordinary Shares and is equivalent to 0.71% of the Company's issued share capital.
