Additionally, Mr Nicolson is a director of Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited("the Trustee"), the Trustee of the Albemarle & Bond Pawnbrokers LimitedEmployee Benefit Trust which holds 262,250 Ordinary shares of 4p each in thecapital of the Company. Aggregating his personal holding and that of theTrustee, Mr Nicolson is considered to be interested in 1,162,948 Ordinary shares of 4p each, which is equivalent to 2.49% of the Company's issued share capital. Finally, the Company announces that that application has today been made for50,000 new Ordinary 4p shares to be admitted to listing pursuant to the exercise of share options under the unapproved share option scheme detailed above. It is expected that dealings will commence in the new ordinary shares on 18 December 2006.
