The Company announces that on 29 May 2008 it received notice from Mr Philip Murphy, a director of the Company, relating to the exercise of options as follows:

Following the above transaction Mr Murphy's beneficial interest in the Company's shares is 1,221,000 Ordinary 4p shares, which is equivalent to 2.22% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company further announces that that application has today been made for 100,000 new Ordinary 4p shares to be admitted to listing pursuant to the exercise of share options under the unapproved share option scheme detailed above. It is expected that dealings will commence in the new ordinary shares on 5 June 2008. Following the exercise of share options the issued share capital of the Company will be increased from 54,837,891 Ordinary shares of 4p each to 54,937,891 Ordinary shares of 4p each.
