Albemarle & Bond Holdings PLC29 November 2007 ALBEMARLE & BOND HOLDINGS PLC "the Company" Exercise of Options and Application for Admission of Shares----------------------------------------------------------- Following the exercise of options by Mr Nicolson, notification of which theCompany received on 28 November 2007 and has been announced separately, theCompany now announces that application has been made for 50,000 new Ordinary 4pshares to be admitted to listing. It is expected that dealings will commence in the new Ordinary shares on 4 December 2007. Following the admission to trading, the issued share capital of the Company will be increased from 54,504,391 Ordinary shares of 4p each to54,554,391 Ordinary shares of 4p each.
