Interim dividend

Further to the announcement released earlier today by Associated British Foods plc (the 'Company') of its interim results for the 24 weeks ended 4 March 2017, the Company confirms that an interim dividend of 11.35 pence per share will be paid on 7 July 2017 to shareholders on the Company's register of members at the close of business on 9 June 2017.

The Company operates a dividend reinvestment plan ('DRIP'). The final date for receipt or withdrawal of elections under the DRIP will be 16 June 2017.
