Interim dividend for the year ending 13 September 2014
Further to the announcement released earlier today by Associated British Foods plc (the 'Company') of its interim results for the 24 weeks ended 1 March 2014, the Company confirms that a net interim dividend of 9.70 pence per share will be paid on 4 July 2014 to shareholders on the Company's register of members at the close of business on 6 June 2014.
The Company operates a dividend reinvestment plan ('DRIP'). The final date for receipt or withdrawal of elections under the DRIP will be 13 June 2014.
