Final dividend for the year ended 14 September 2013

Further to the announcement released earlier today by Associated British Foods plc (the 'Company') of its final results for the year ended 14 September 2013, the Company confirms that a net final dividend of 22.65 pence per share will be paid on 10 January 2014 to shareholders on the Company's register of members at the close of business on 6 December 2013.

The Company operates a dividend reinvestment plan ('DRIP'). The final date for receipt or withdrawal of elections under the DRIP will be 17 December 2013.
