Update on Board Changes
Further to the Company's announcement made on 1 March 2019, the board has decided to continue with the services of Shawn Taylor as a director of the Company until a replacement non-executive director is appointed. The board considers it prudent for there to be no fewer than three people on the board at any one time. Mr Taylor became a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 30 March 2019. The Company continues discussions with an identified candidate who is currently the subject of the customary due diligence investigations of the Company's nominated adviser. A further announcement will be made when appropriate.
