Director disclosure
John Treacy, non-executive Director, has advised Abal of the following disclosure required in accordance with AIM Rule 17 and paragraph g of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
On 18 October 2019, Unione Sportiva Città di Palermo S.p.A. was declared bankrupt by the Court of Palermo.
Mr Treacy was a director of Unione Sportiva Città di Palermo S.p.A. for approximately five weeks between 31 December 2018 until 4 February 2019.
