Director Shareholding
Imaginatik plc (the "Company") (AIM: IMTK), a provider of collaborative innovation software and processes, announces that it was notified on 16 February 2010 that on 12 February 2010, Mark Turrell, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 8,602 Ordinary Shares of 0.0625 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.65 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction Mr Turrell's beneficial interest in the Company (including the Ordinary Shares of his wife, Dr Yvonne Lindow) is 77,819,415 Ordinary Shares, representing 48.87 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
