Final Redemption
T.H.F.C. (Social Housing Finance) Limited confirms that in accordance with clause 4.5.2 of the Trust Deed dated 18 December 1996 (as amended and supplemented) constituting the Stock and with condition 2.5 of the Conditions applicable to the Stock, a final redemption of Stock will be undertaken on 20th December 2021 at par and together with accrued interest thereon.
Payments of redemption monies are expected to be effected by cheque on or around 20th December 2021.
Following the redemption, certificates in relation to the Stock will have no further value and should be destroyed or returned to the Registrar, Link Group, Corporate Actions, 10th Floor, Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL for destruction.
