Partial Redemption
THFC (Social Housing Finance) Limited confirms that in accordance with clause 4.5.1 of the Trust Deed and condition 2.5 of the Conditions applicable to the Stock, a partial redemption of Stock in a nominal amount of £5,000,000 will be undertaken on 19th December 2016 (the "redemption date") at par and together with accrued interest thereon.
In accordance with condition 2.4 of the Conditions applicable to the Stock, the redemption will take place pro rata to each Stockholder's holding of Stock as at 21 November 2016 (the “record date”).
The nominal amount to be redeemed is equal to the outstanding Principal Amount of Funded Loans to Borrowers registered in Scotland as at the record date. The Outstanding Principal Amount of the Stock in issue as at the record date is £82,800,000 and immediately following the early redemption the Outstanding Principal Amount of the Stock will be £77,800,000. This outstanding balance is scheduled to be repaid at par together with accrued interest on the Final Redemption Date which is 18 December 2021.
