Legendary Investments Plc

("Legendary" or the "Company")

£225,000 raised through successful placing

Legendary Investments Plc ("Legendary") has raised £225,000 by placing 225,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.10 pence nominal value ("New Ordinary Shares") at par with Ronald Bruce Rowan.

The New Ordinary Shares come with warrants on a one for one basis that have an exercise price of 0.16 pence per share and expire on 7 March 2014. The closing price of Legendary's shares on 7 March 2011 was 0.13 pence.

The issue of the New Ordinary Shares to Mr Rowan, pursuant to the placing, will give him an immediate interest of 23.4 per cent in the enlarged ordinary share capital of the Company.

Following the placing, and in addition to Mr Rowan, the substantial shareholders of the Company will hold the following interests in the enlarged ordinary share capital of the Company:

The new funds of £225,000 will give Legendary more flexibility in making investments and enable it to accelerate the implementation of its strategy.

Application will be made for the 225,000,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM, such admission is expected to occur on or before 5 April 2011.

Following admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 960,167,198 ordinary shares with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury and the total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 960,167,198.

This figure of 960,167,198 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
