The Company (AIM: LEG) was today informed that Zafar Karim, a Director of the Company, purchased 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence between 13 February and 14 February 2013 at an average price of 0.1 pence per share

Following the purchase of the shares, Mr Karim's total shareholding in the Company is 33,000,000 shares, representing 2.09% of the total issued share capital. Mr Karim also holds 106,000,000 options in the Company.
