Grant of Options
Legendary announces, that further to the announcement of 3 September 2018, on 25 September 2018, 100,000,000 options were granted to Lord Monson over existing ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company under the Company share option scheme. Subject to completion of the Company's share capital reorganisation, announced yesterday, and which is due to complete today at 6.00 p.m., the 100,000,000 options will be adjusted so that Lord Monson will hold 265,118 options over new ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("New Ordinary Shares"). The exercise price of the adjusted options will be 75.4 pence per New Ordinary Share, the options vest immediately and they have a life of 10 years. Lord Monson, currently holds no other beneficial interest in the Company.
