Legendary increases stake in Virtual Stock Holdings Limited
Legendary announces that following the investment by Notion Capital into Virtual Stock Holdings Limited ("VS"), announced on 17 July 2017, Legendary has increased its stake in VS from 6.8% to 7.2% for a total consideration of £259,770, which has been satisfied through Legendry's existing cash reserves.
In accordance with Schedule Four of the AIM Rules, the Company provides the following further information:
For the year ended 31 March 2016, VS had losses of £94,000.
