Eight Peaks today announces that Lord Nicholas Monson, has informed the Company that on 18 October 2018 he bought 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 25 pence per share.
Following this purchase Lord Nicholas Monson has a beneficial interest over 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.2per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company. Lord Nicholas Monson also has options over 265,118 Ordinary Shares.
