Issue of Equity
88 Energy Limited ("88 Energy" or the "Company", ASX:88E, AIM:88E, OTC:EEENF) has today issued 152,137,532 fully paid shares ("Consideration Shares") at a deemed issue price of A$0.035 per share pursuant to 88 Energy's acquisition of a 50% working interest in Project Peregrine from Alaska Peregrine Development Company, LLC ("APDC"), which was announced on 7 June 2021.
Application has been made for admission of the Consideration Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"), with Admission expected to occur on 9 July 2021. Following the issue of the Consideration Shares, which rank pari passu to the existing ordinary shares in the Company, the Company has a total of 13,502,317,627 ordinary shares in issue, all of which have voting rights.
