Dividend Timetable
UBC Media Group plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the final dividend of £0.07 pence per ordinary share related to the results for the year ended 31 March 2012 is expected to be paid to all shareholders on the register as of 6 July 2012 subject to shareholder approval at the Company's annual general meeting to be held in July 2012.
Payment of the final dividend is expected to be on 2 August 2012 subject to confirmation following the Company's annual general meeting.
The dividend timetable is as follows:
