Dividend Timetable

 

 

 

UBC Media Group plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the final dividend of ÂŁ0.07 pence per ordinary share related to the results for the year ended 31 March 2012 is expected to be paid to all shareholders on the register as of 6 July 2012 subject to shareholder approval at the Company's annual general meeting to be held in July 2012.

 

 

Payment of the final dividend is expected to be on 2 August 2012 subject to confirmation following the Company's annual general meeting.

 

The dividend timetable is as follows:
