UBC Media Group PLC28 March 2007 28 March 2007 UBC Media Group plc UBC joins consortium to apply for National Multiplex Licence UBC Media Group (UBC) is pleased to confirm that it will join the consortium,led by Channel 4 Radio, which is applying for the new national DAB multiplex, asadvertised by Ofcom last year. The consortium will use UBC's technical expertise and software products tocreate innovative services, the specifics of which will remain confidentialuntil the application is published.
