UBC Media Group PLC28 November 2005 28th November 2005 UBC Media Group Announces Push Into US Digital Radio UBC Media Group plc ("UBC" or "the Company"), the digital radio broadcaster andprogramme producer, is pleased to report that terms have been agreed on acontract which will give the Company a significant position in the rapidlydeveloping US digital radio market and a sales partner for its Display Textsoftware globally. In July, the Company's software division, Unique Interactive, announced a dealwith iBiquity Digital Corporation to provide consultancy services relating tothe development of terrestrial digital radio in the United States. HD Radio(TM)technology is the singular agreed standard for terrestrial digital radiobroadcasting and data services in the United States. Unique Interactive today further announces that it has signed a contract withHarris Corporation of the US, the market leading supplier of radio transmissionequipment, that will see its Display Text solution, "ManDLS" being madeavailable to HD Radio(TM) customers worldwide. Under the terms of the 3-yeardeal, following the successful conclusion of 3 month development period, Harriswill incorporate ManDLS within its existing product range and offer it toexisting and potential HD Radio(TM) customers worldwide as an added value service.
