AFFINITY WATER - APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Affinity Water Limited ("Affinity Water") announces that Adam Stephens has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and is expected to join the business in January 2025. Adam will join the Affinity Water Board as an Executive Director with effect from the same date.

Adam is currently Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer at Hafren Dyfrdwy (a subsidiary of Severn Trent) and has a wealth of experience in corporate finance and business strategy as well as extensive water-industry knowledge.

Commenting on the appointment, CEO Keith Haslett said:

"I am delighted that Adam will be joining Affinity Water as our CFO and executive director to the Board. He will be joining us at an exciting time for the business as we make our final preparations to enter AMP8 and on behalf of the Board, and all of my colleagues, I look forward to welcoming Adam in January."
