AFFINITY WATER ANNOUNCES CHANGE TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Affinity Water Limited ("Affinity Water") announces that Jaroslava Korpanec, non-executive director and

shareholder representative of Allianz Capital Partners is to step down from the Board after four years service on 28 June 2021. Roxana Tataru has been appointed to the Board as non-executive director. Roxana will join the Board on 01 July 2021 and previously has been a Board Observer for Allianz Capital Partners for the last four years.

Roxana has a wealth of financial experience working in banking, finance and capital markets across the sector. Roxana is currently Vice President at Allianz Capital Partners and was previously at RBC Capital Markets where she performed various roles latterly as an Associate for the organisation.

Chairman of Affinity Water, Ian Tyler said:
