AFFINITY WATER ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

21 July 2022

Affinity Water Limited ("Affinity Water") announces changes to its Board of directors.  Jaroslava Korpanec, non-executive director and shareholder representative of Allianz Capital Partners is to step down as an alternate non-executive director from the Board on 31 July 2022. Roxana Tataru will return to the Board on 1 August 2022 following her absence since 4 January 2022.

Ann Bishop and Mark Horsley have stepped down as independent non-executive directors from the Board effective from 18 July 2022.

Chairman of Affinity Water, Ian Tyler said:

"I am very grateful to Jara for her service over the last five years, which has seen Affinity making progress on delivering our targets for AMP7 and giving us a firm foundation for PR24. The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Jara for her contribution and involvement and wish her well for the future.

I am delighted to welcome Roxana back to the Board. I look forward to working with her to achieve our AMP7 targets through her unique insight and expertise which she brings to our senior leadership.

I would like also like to thank both Ann and Mark for their service and contribution to Affinity Water since joining the Board in April 2020 and December 2019 respectively. During such time, they have seen Affinity Water move forward to meet our targets of first two years of AMP7 and work hard to develop a robust and credible strategy for PR24. The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Ann and Mark for their contribution to the business and their work on the Board and wish them both well for the future."
