AFFINITY WATER CEO TRANSITION ARRANGEMENTS

Further to the announcement on 2 October 2025 regarding Keith Haslett's resignation as CEO of Affinity, it is confirmed that Keith will step down from the Board at Affinity's financial year end on 31 March 2026.

To support an orderly succession, the Board has approved interim arrangements covering the short period between Keith stepping down from the Board and Mark Garth joining the Board as CEO, expected to be no later than 30 June 2026.

From 1 April 2026 until Mark joins, Mike Brown, Affinity's Chair, supported by Chris Newsome, Affinity independent non-executive director, will be supporting the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) which will have delegated authority to operate the business and continue delivery of Affinity's strategy. Mike and the Board will provide ultimate decision making, with Chris continuing to act in an independent non-executive capacity while providing technical and strategic support and guidance to the ELT.
