London, 9 September 2019 - Monaco Resources Group SAM, the guarantor and the parent company of MRG Finance UK plc ("the Issuer"), announces its results for the six months ended 30 June 2019.

Key Highlights:

·; Group revenue increased to EUR 402.4 million continuing the solid growth trajectory from previous periods

·; Gross profit increased to EUR 54.1 million

·; EBITDA increased to EUR 29.4 million

·; The Group maintains a strong liquidity position with more than EUR 102 million of cash and cash equivalents

Strategic Acquisition:

Monaco Resources Group SAM, through its logistics subsidiary R-Logitech SAM, an international provider of port infrastructure and logistics services for the natural resources industry completed the acquisition of Euroports Holdings S.à.r.l in June 2019.

As a result of the acquisition, Monaco Resources Group's logistics subsidiary becomes one of the leading providers of infrastructure and logistics for the natural resources industry with more than 40 terminals, 4,500 employees and operations in more than 30 countries.

The company has been fully consolidated since 1 July 2019. A significant increase in revenue and EBITDA at Monaco Resources Group is expected in second half of 2019.
