The Company announces that on 22nd June 2015 it emailed to Shareholders the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2015 together with the Notice convening the Company's AGM which will be held at the Company's registered office at 10.30AM. on Friday 26th June 2015..

Copies of the Audited Annual Financial Statements and the Notice convening the AGM will be available for inspection on the Company's website at www.aster.co.uk by the end of the day following this notice.
