Director Changes
Aster Treasury Plc ("Aster") announces that Jo Savage resigned as a director with effect from 7 November 2014.
The Board of Aster is delighted to announce the appointment of Chris Benn as a director with effect from 10 November 2014. Chris joined Aster Group Limited in March 2014 as Finance Director. Prior to joining Aster, Chris held a number of senior roles at Euromoney II PLC including deputy finance director, group financial controller and head of UK finance.
