3i Infrastructure Ltd29 June 2007 3i Infrastructure Limited Total voting rights As at 29 June 2007, 3i Infrastructure Limited (the "Company") had 702,859,804issued ordinary shares of £1.00 each admitted to trading on a regulated orprescribed market. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in relationto all circumstances at general meetings of the Company. The Company does nothold any ordinary shares in treasury.
