Pursuant to rule 3060 of the London Stock Exchange rules, Citigroup GlobalMarkets Limited ("Citigroup") notifies you that it is the stabilising manager inthe above securities in relation to the above transaction. Citigroup confirms the following: 1. The securities concerned are the Ordinary Shares and Warrants. The ISIN number of the Ordinary Shares is JE00B1RJLF86. The ISIN number of the Warrants is JE00B1RJQ972 2. The stabilising manager is Citigroup Global Markets Limited (contact Darrell Uden, Tel: +44 20 7986 0410) 3. Stabilisation transactions may be undertaken by Citigroup from 08:00am on 8 March 2007 to close of business on 7 April 2007 inclusive 4.
