In accordance with DTR 3.1.4R, 3i Infrastructure plc announces that on 10 June 2016 Mrs Susan P Laing, a person connected to Mr Richard Laing, independent non-executive Chairman of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities, purchased 5,384 new ordinary shares in the Company via the Company's Open Offer, Placing and Intermediaries Offer at the Offer Price of 165.00p per share.. Following the Offer, Mrs Laing now holds 25,384 shares in total, representing 0.002% of the Company's share capital. Mrs Laing notified the Company of the transaction pursuant to DTR 3.1.2R on 10 June 2016. The transaction took place in London.
