Nobody on this board is claiming that UKOG don't have oil.

What we do point out is when a certain poster uses his 'tanker trick' to claim that HH is suddenly producing much more than it really is.

For example, he was claiming HH was producing over 100 BOPD throughout Q4 last year.

When the NTSA figures were published 3 months later, they showed what we all knew - that HH is producing just over 50 BOPD and is in a long, slow decline until UKOG do something else - like the long promised conversion of HH-2 into a water injector.

Of course, as is his modus operandi, said poster ignores any posts that point out his errors and he uses deflection, false accusations and insults try try and move away from the subject.

You forget that some of his more 'memorable' posts have been cut & pasted so we can remind him of them....

The transaction you refer to was nine months ago, so stretching the definition of "recent".

Of course, you "forgot" to mention that the primary focus of that transaction was actually to increase their stake in Waddocks Cross from 55% to 73.75%, as they wish to drill a horizontal well to increase oil production in that field.

As for your claim that Avington produced an average of 336 BOPD;

If it really averaged that, then the total production of 229,000 bbls would have been reached in less than two years - not nine...

What about your claim that UKOG are doing nothing because they are waiting for the outcome of the SC?

Well, UKOG's own RNS's of the 23rd Feb 2023 and 15th August 2022 clearly show they aren't waiting;

Let me give you a couple of hints;

IBug was quoting the official NSTA production figures.

And since you cannot do simple maths yourself, I'll do it for you;

If the field produced at an average of 336 BOPD, it would take less than 2 years to produce a total of 229,000 bbls. - but Avington was producing for just under 9 years.

So IBug & Penguins are correct and - lets be generous - Ruth Hayhurst was not correct in her reporting.

Your point about the gun carrier size is spot on, but I'm pretty sure that - in that neck of the woods - the standard charge size immediately available for 6 SPF 4 1/2" guns would be 25 gms.

For the 7" they could order what they want, so yeah, 38 or even 45 gm charges.

They will certainly need to rig up a BOP & Shooting Nipple, but at that depth / length / shot size combination, I wouldn't be willing to put any pressure on it when firing the guns - too much risk of very bad things happening.

No mention of the 'specialist' E-Log interpretation in the RNS, so obviously nothing in the 8 1/2" section.

The RNS says the guns have been "sourced".

So have the charges actually been manufactured and packed ready for shipment?

Or have they just found someone prepared to manufacture the charges?

Has the import paperwork been lodged with the Turkish Authorities?

That no indication of a date on location has been provided indicates that they are still very early in the process and the arrival of the guns on location could still be many weeks away.

Once again, a UKOG RNS leaves more questions unanswered than it should.

Don't forget, once the charges have been landed in Turkey (where is the nearest airport licenced to import explosives?), they have to be transported (under Police and/or Military escort) to the gun workshop closest to Pin-1, so the charges can be loaded into the gun carrier (100m of guns will take 2 - 3 days to load).

After the prep and checking work has been completed, the guns will have to be transported to location (again under Police and/or Military escort).

While this is going on, they will have to bring the Rig back in to clean out the 9 5/8" casing (make sure there are no internal burrs from the previous perforating run) and put in a clean fluid for perforating.

Hopefully they will keep a careful eye on the returns when they circulate the hole clean, as if some of the original perforation shots did penetrate the casing, they've had several months for formation fluid to seep in....

What fluid weight they choose will be interesting.

They should put in a fluid heavy enough to allow the perforating jets to form properly, but that means that when perforated, the hydrostatic head in the casing will be significantly over that of the formation, so will result in immediate losses.

It also means they will need to set up mud tanks and a mixing system to be able to prepare the correct weight fluid.

If they just use water, there may not be enough hydrostatic head for the perfs to penetrate the casing.

They could use water, close the BOP Stack and pressure up the casing to provide the hydrostatic head - but that's really dangerous to do when perforating with very large guns and so shallow.

I know of no drilling contractor that would agree to that.

While AME are the license Operator, their Chairman's statement indicated that UKOG are paying for all of Pin-1.

AME will need to agree to import the explosives under their licence.

But given that UKOG are paying, there was nothing stopping UKOG going out, sourcing the guns and then handing the final importation paperwork over to AME.

Same as the samples sent out for Geochem evaluation - AME would have been responsible for the export paperwork, but clearly UKOG found the contractor and paid for the analysis.

Judging by his posts, he won't be able to remember either...

That reminds me, another claim you frequently made around that time was that UKOG’s share of Horndean production was paying for SS’s wages, when in reality it covers barely 40% of the Dear Leaders annual wage. So another of your lies.

You always misleadingly claim that gross cash from oil sales = money in the bank.

As always, you “forget” to deduct the operating costs. In the case of HH, we know these are £32/bbl from the UKOG annual report of September 2022.

Your repeated claims that absolutely nothing is happening on HH due to the SC case is bizarre, especially when UKOG’s own RNS’s of the 23rd Feb 2023 and 15th August 2022 clearly state otherwise. Since this was pointed out to you when you first made that claim and you have continued to post it – well – that just means you are lying. Again.

Of course, the PPP farm-in comes under this heading too.
