Hello Mumbles Simple explanation is i'm not always logged into lse and when logged out you can see all your filtered posters posts. So try filtering me and then log out and you'll be able to see my posts. And i decided to unfilter Greets because i thought it's probably best to see his whinging posts about me both logged in and logged out. Though you'll probably notice that my response post to his 16.08 post on Wednesday got reported and removed. Numerous of my posts have childishly been reported and removed these past few days.

Hi Mumbles, no negative price affect me posting here because i can remember earlier in the year this share price tripled while i was posting regularly on this thread. Obviously this price retracted because of the coal problems/RGM chairmans poor communication. Some are convinced that the ADVFN poster Auntie Ettie Atinos is the RGM/RRR chairman. Myself i've never been convinced it's him, it's just an impersonator who acts pompous. But here is Auntie Ettie's post on Friday night: "Announcements are for all stakeholders including partners so communicating displeasure and administering a public smack on the bottom is a positive act leading to politeness and improved behaviour in future :) It would be a mistake to quit on the basis of one bad egg which could still come good if all stars align and with other potential coal projects out there to select from, and when the first such went down so well with the market in combination with the President's aim to bolster home-grown supply. Regency and coal are a match but perhaps not this particular project at this particular time."

from past interviews Legacy hill have been visiting the different coal mines and that Fridays rns suggests that more coal assets may be acquired tells me that Legacy hill don't rate Moscicki's present coal mines. Rosa to me looks a total dud and because that's what most of RGM's money was sunk in, then if that never happens then totally shocking. Rosa was the coal mine that was supposed to fund all the other coal mines and if we are now supposed to forget about all the money wasted on Rosa and start afresh then pretty scandalous. Lastly i know the pumpers always say "take responsibilty for your own investments" but those PI's who invested on the back of all the Rosa hype must now be feeling aggrieved and that they were conned. I know Bell's great mates Turney or Winnifrith won't criticise but the Rosa ramp has got to be "in my opinion" one of the biggest AIM cons of the year. (3) Andrew Bell introduced Legacy hill to the incompetent Moscicki and Legacy hill try to help mismanaged companies. From the rns Legacy hill are now advising Moscicki on a 'go forward plan' (4) Once Legacy hill come up with a 'go forward plan' it will be entirely up to the dominant 80% shareholder Stephen Moscicki if he takes any notice of it afterall he is the boss in all this. ....................................... Though Andrew Bell and Scott Kant are the shockers in all this because there due dilligence in all this was atrocious. That they initially thought Moscicki was a good investment choice, competent, and they handed him fortunes is scandalous: rubbish due dilligence by them again. Your 19.12 post last night. There is a glitch on this site and the RGM price isn't 0.75: RGM price dropped 13% yesterday (check out price on HL) so the present RGM price is 0.60-0.65p

it's no good looking at his past posts because i can remember at one stage he asked admin to wipe out hundreds of his past posts because i believe he wasn't going to post again. When he resumed posting all his previous posts had been wiped out.

I often see the present big RGM shareholders name calling posters on lse calling them "trolls" and saying they are clueless and don't know what they are talking about. In their eyes Andrew Bell is one of the best chairman on AIM, he's a genius, he's wonderful at PR and everything will end up alright. So the big shareholders may dismiss the views of the lesser shareholders but it is probably wise to listen to the views of the biggest shareholders i've ever known in one of Andrew Bell's companies. I won't give his full name but his first name is Daniel and on lse he goes by the name of d_s_. A few years ago d_s_ accumulated a ton of shares in RRR and went over holder 10% and i reckon he invested near a million in RRR (all bought on the open market). Before share consolidation he held over 250m in RRR but after 25-1 share consolidation that dropped to around 10 million. A few months back he said he still holds most and so he now has RRR shares worth around £75,000. In March he posted: "I agree that the investment in Elephant Oil or as I call it White Elephant Oil was a really poor investment.... but then look at the history of the investments made by RRR and it is far from being unique. If you make enough investments and lose £10m's sooner or later one of them is bound to be successful (Jupiter) but doesn't really make up for the multitudes of badly made investments." After Steelmin investment/loan he posted: "Oh Andrew....... when will you learn. Your skills at investing leave a lot to be desired With the exception of Jupiter – I can not fathom where all there millions have gone other than paying off YA and the directors of RRR. Every single investment has been a drain on funds and shareholders time after time have been screwed!" .............................................. So his rose tinted glasses have well and truly come off and his views of Andrew Bell are pretty identical to the views of what your friends would call "the trolls views". Maybe you and your fellow big shareholders should maybe take notice of a fellow big shareholder? And of course if you believe that Bell is just a bit unlucky and you trust his decision then it would be pointless of you being on a board. On the otherhand if it's dawning on you that Bell is utterly useless/incompetent and you need to sit on the RGM board to watch him like an Hawk. If it''s the latter you have my support.

I'm still convinced he sold some last week but I'm starting to doubt we'll see an rns confirming this. Of course I believe if SM has sold then it should be rnsed because the 80% partner in the coal mines selling his RGM shares would of course be price sensitive news and of course RGM shareholders would want to know about it. Though what makes me doubtful is because when RGM bought 5% in HHDL shares from Angus last year I believe Angus received 29.9% in RGM shares. Yet never any rns when Angus were selling down but we did eventually get one rns to announce they were under 3%. So because how Angus RGM share selling was reported then even if SM has sold I'm not convinced it would be reported quickly.
