To be honest i've been looking on the twitters of those known names who attended last evening and i've seen zero new information from them. So i'm rather suspecting zero searching questions were asked last evening. .................................. And Greets i've just seen your reply. Like i say above i've seen no new information from those who attended last evening and i rather suspect if Bell or Kaintz had given any of you satisfactory explanations as to why Rosa and coal project 2 went from imminent coal production to still no coal production almost 6 months later, one of you would have been telling us about it. If you went last night would you like to tell us what searching questions were asked of AB and SK about the USA coal projects? Surely one of you asked the RGM management why they misled PIs so much over the US coal projects? Surely one of you asked why imminent production on coal project 1 and coal project 2 turned into still no coal production almost 6 months later? Any of you ask why the RGM management why RGM invested so much money with Stephen Moscicki and what kind of due dilligence was done before they decided to hand all that money to Mr Moscicki. Thanks

how did the presentation go last night?

As we know (although it's not been explained in too much detail) Moscicki/RGM have sought the help from company Legacy hill with their USA coal projects. I don't believe the RGM chairman as specified whether it's Legacy hill resources or Legacy hill capital who are helping them: though of course it could be both. I know some PIs have built up their hopes that Legacy hill will come in and take over all future costs and RGM will have no more money to pay in these coal projects. But look over on the Legacy hill capital website https://www.legacyhillcapital.com/transactions/ and look at the coking coal company "colonial coal international corporation" and it says what the help Legacy hill capital gave to Colonial coal. "LHC acted as a placing agent to the company's C$7.8 million non-brokered private placement which closed in February 2017. Colonial Coal is developing the Flatbet and Huguenot coking coal projects in Canada's Peace River coal field"

If they are saying that they will only release videos of the companies presentations from last night but but they won't be showing any PIs questions to the companies at the end of the presentations, then if true then that's pretty poor by ST .

Because RGM are doing a sharetalk presentation tomorrow night then i know many PIs these past couple of weeks were predicting RGM would be releasing some amazing new news so they would have something to talk about at tomorrow evenings presentation but that now new exciting news looks very unlikely. So what can RGM talk about? Well for over a year they have been saying that the Curzon energy IPO will soon be happening. So going on about that again will be pretty tiresome because of course the IPO still hasn't happened. RGM talking about the UKOG shares when they've long been sold probably won't be very exciting for those attending the presentation The chairman in recent interviews as already said he can't talk much about the coal. Though it would be interesting to get an insight to what possessed this RGM chairman to invest so much shareholders money with Stephen Moscicki, especially so now that he think Moscicki is pretty incompetent. On many occasions i've seen this chairmans companies share price dip when he does presentations because the chairmans presentations usually come across as boring and unrehearsed. So let's hope he's rehearsing his presentation many times over today and tomorrow and then he does better with his presentation tomorrow.

Nah Magic he's definately not Vini. I vaguely recall him on his twitter account when he was once telling PJ how many shares he held and on twitter he went by the name of 'Gordon' something. My decade comment was slightly tongue in cheek by me. Though Neil (or poster Luke) does seem to have been in this for years. The strange thing about poster Luke is he always blames thread posters and never the RGM chairman for this share price decimation over the years.

You are not the first to say that my posts aren't the most exciting but just to point out before my first post today this share price was already 8% down. I will also point out that after my first post today the sells almost ceased; i will also point out that when this share price tripled earlier in the year i was a very frequent poster on this thread. So Pinman what does this tell us? I will answer it tells us i'm not the cause of this price drop. If i had to put my finger on it i did notice last weekend that quite a few twitter users were spreading rumours that some amazing company changing news would be released this week by RGM and then the RGM chairman would be talking about this great news at next Wednesday evenings presentation. So as the days drift by maybe the realization is dawning on some that no dramatic RGM news will be happening this week or next and instead the dread is building that the main topic at next Wednesday evening RGM presentation will be the RGM chairman once again boring us silly with him talking about the UKOG shares that he got . I'm sure i speak for almost everybody MOVE ON DADDIO YOU SOLD THEM AGES AGO. Surely he can't be still banging on about them next week can he? Talk about milking it. So that is one of my explanations for this price drift + of course still no new coal news + of course the constant dread that YA will soon be converting some of RGMs whopping YA loan into an huge load of RGM shares + i've always thought that the RGM/RRR chairman tweeting on his personal twitter about non work related subjects during working hours doesn't help the RGM/RRR share price, especially so when he tweets about antagonising subjects that are bound to annoy some PIs. I'm always amazed that the chairman tweets freely about any subject with zero control. Of course if a PR firm were advising him they would say "keep your gob shut on twitter because your often controversial views are bound to dissuade many PI's from investing in your companies". Let's be honest this chairman is simply not good enough at being a chairman to be controversial on twitter. He needs every possible edge he can get. Let's be honest a chairman acting like a shock jock on twitter is most definitely NOT respectful to his shareholders. It's in fact pretty disgraceful. I just don't feel he's good or able enough for shareholders. He often comes across as very sloppy with his due dilligence because lots of projects later get abandoned or rarely spoken about again. I'm going to be incredibly kind to Andrew when i say that his coal investments with Moscicki were gullible to the extreme. I say that because the other day i watched again the first few minutes of his 20th April periscope interview with Malcolm Palle and clearly Andrew believed that coal production at Rosa was very imminent. He talked about the highwaller already being on site and he said the reason for the slight delay in production was because the site inspector wanted the access road slightly widened (he said this had been done) and he said all they now had to do before Rosa production started was to make the coal face a more appealing and safer angle and just to clear any intrusive debris from the coal face. Then he said the Rosa coal production would begin. Like i say i believe Andrew totally believed that. I also believe that Moscicki totally scammed RGM and a gullible Andrew was just reporting what Moscicki was telling him. So when the highwaller video got posted on RGM twitter (around 20th April) and that tweet said that the video was of the highwaller in action before it got moved to Rosa. Pretty obvious Moscicki or his associates would've given RGM this video. Of course alarm bells should've been BELLowing at that stage because if the highwaller was indeed already at Rosa then why couldn't Moscicki or his associates simply get out their camera phone and film it at Rosa? So Bell telling us the highwaller was now at Rosa but then posting a video of the highwaller on another site quite obviously was suspicious. Quite a few pointed this out at the time. Obviously Bell and Kaintz eventually cottoned on that Moscicki wasn't being honest with the coal projects and Bell later said in interviews that Moscicki wasn't letting them visit the coal projects. So in this coal debacle i see Moscicki as the liar and Bell and Kaintz the sloppy gullibles who didn't do enough due dilligence on SM and just handed him fortunes. Though like i've said many times previously, i'm sure lots of dodgy people will come to RGM looking for investments: good job by Bell/Kaintz is to sift out the dodgy types and not hand them a penny of RGM shareholders money/ bad job by Bell/kaintz is to hand these dodgy types lots of RGM shareholders money.

And if my memory serves me correctly the guy on the left was the con man who used to sell people an huge amount of gold but when they paid for it he would then fake an heart attack and then his sons would collect him and cart him off in a fake ambulance. I've actually had a change of heart about my earlier post because maybe SP AN NG PJ + others SHOULD heap praise on the RGM chairman next week. Yes HEAP PRAISE on him . DO NOT MENTION the coal. DO NOT MENTION the YA loan. Of course LOTS OF PRAISE about the UKOG shares. PRAISE HIM ABOUT HIS PERSONAL TWITTER and how his mid morning tweets about worldwide politics DEFINATELY help the RGM share price. Tell him to not to retire for MANY YEARS. INSIST that he takes an HUGE PAY RISE at the EARLIEST OPPORTUNITY. Basically tell him to do NOTHING DIFFERENT.

and i glanced at his last few posts and his 29th April 2016 post was like déjà vu to what's happened here now. Wilburylover posted: "I have to agree with you there Christoffmcd this guy running this company has done nothing for us Pi's I have been stuck in this share hoping for a good return on my investment for ages,but its just dwindled away surely this needs to be stopped this man is ridiculous he keeps chucking our money at projects that never seem to work ." .... So to those who think AB is unlucky with these recent coal investments then think again because AB has a long long track record of atrocious investments. He must have an huge flaw with the way he does due diligence.

Ok thank you Stephen. I was misled in the interview when Bell said they had already put in hundreds of thousands worth of work looking over the SM projects. Are you going next week Stephen? If so please don't heap praise on AB. Instead ask him what made him decide to invest in SM. Also ask him whether he contacted the ASMC when he did due dilligence on Rosa and whether he asked them about whether an higherwaller would be allowed at Rosa and whether he asked the ASMC what the hindarances would be in restarting production at Rosa. I find it difficult to believe RGM did any of the above. Thanks Stephen.

interview Bell told Harry that RGM won't be putting any more money towards the already announced coal projects. Then from memory he went on to say that these new people (legacy hill) are looking at new potential coal assets. So considering Bell a while back said Legacy hill had been brought in to look over the Moscicki coal projects with a view to coming up with a plan. Bell also went on to say LH had done hundreds of thousand pounds worth of work looking over these projects. So if Legacy hill are not interested in the current Moscicki coal projects then all this cost of LH looking them over looks like it will have to be paid by either Moscicki/RGM. Let's hope Moscicki pays his share and its not left to RGM to pay the full Legacy hill bill. Could be a good question for those attending the investor evening next week. ............
