Yes he never seems aligned with other long term RRR investors, in fact he will often attack the long termers who show exasperation at Andrew Bell. Bizarrely those who criticise Bell he will often say it's "irrational hatred".

I can totally understand why new and even longer shareholders get annoyed or even infuriated with Bell. For example around last Monday he did a 4000 mile trip from London back to the DRC for a supposed meeting and all I can recall him giving investors was a video update on what shirt he was wearing.

Banbury, I'm sure Glencore are not quaking in their boots that Red Rock will be coming after them next.

Very early on Andrew Bell also said they might go after Glencore next.

However what Helpful says is flawed.

This will annoy some that I'm bringing this up again. But he's coming back home again. 😂

Lastly I know many are outraged that Gecamines acquired the JV licenses from VUP. Then once they had acquired them they sold them onto a Glencore subsidiary for great profits.

In life that's what happens. Many TV shows are based on this: people pinpoint bargains, acquire them and then sell them on for the biggest profit possible.

I'm not denying VUP (Red Rocks JV partner) did the dirty on Red Rock but Andrew Bell has got a long reputation of choosing dodgy partners. For example Regency mines coal venture with Stephen Moscicki.

Unfortunately Andrew Bell has a long reputation of sloppy poor due diligence that ultimately costs shareholders money.

I have posted this before but here is the official Glencore RNS when the Glencore subsidiary announced the deal with Gecamines. Of course it does not state how many licenses were part of the proposed sale.

What's interesting from the extract from the 6th Jan 2022 RNS is that Red Rock's JV partner "VUP" surrendered the licenses in return for compensation. So although Red Rock always say VUP sold licenses behind their backs, would Gecamines strictly call it a purchase?

Yes Banbury, with "Helpful" being a financial advisor I can fully understand why many newbie investors even experienced investors will believe what he says.

However over the years time and time again it's been proven he is an unscrupulous individual who will make up any old rubbish to sucker investors into Red Rock.

You keep repeating this but it was later established at the June/July 2022 arbitration that GECAMINES (the DRC state mining company) would be the company to pay the $15 million. So not GLENCORE.

It's not complicated why VUP also went after the Glencore subsidiary because Gecamines hadn't paid them the agreed $15 million, so VUP decided to go after the company that Gecamines sold the licenses on to.

Again it was later established at arbitration that Gecamines would pay the $15 million. Whether they will or not is still to be determined.

Anybody who buys into Red Rock on this Glencore angle is absolute mugs because time and time again we've been told that the company who said would pay the $15 million is DRC state owned company "Gecamines".

This is an extract from a 2022 Red Rock RNS that made "Helpful" latch onto this Glencore angle. To repeat it was later established that company "Gecamines" were the company who said they would pay out the $15 million. Whether they will or not is still to be determined.

Extract from RRR Jan 2022 RNS:

"It recently came to the attention of the Company that its local partner VUP on 20 October 2021 served a Procès-Verbal de Saisie-Attribution de Créances (similar to a garnishee order in our system)(the "Order") on parties including Kamoto Copper Company SA, a subsidiary of Glencore PLC, claiming a principal sum of $15,000,000 in respect of a purported surrender by VUP of the JV Assets and some others, for $20,000,000 compensation, to La Générale des Carrières et Mines ("Gécamines"), a state-owned company in the Democratic Republic of Congo,

under the terms of a purported Amicable Termination Transaction Protocol ("Protocol"). The Protocol was stated to have been signed on 4 December 2019, notarized on 29 September 2021, and come into enforceable form on 5 October 2021, and to have been entered into in the framework of discussions by Gécamines with a third party"

Yes I know some said "Andrew was using a VPN". Really? The destinations at the bottom of his tweets were the destination where French Charles De Gaulle airport is and in Lambeth London, where his Offices or home is. 😆

I know companies house says Andrew is 70 sometime in February, so maybe he had 3 days in London to celebrate his birthday 🎂 🎈 🎈 🥳 before returning to the DRC last night.

Nothing in my last post was offensive so i'm surprised it got removed. Then again I think I said to Nikeair last week that if someone reports a post that started a thread and then admin remove it then all the posts in that thread get removed. That seems to be the reason here.
