Also in the recent Stockbox interview, everything that Bell thought would happen at the meeting didn't happen.

There was no written arbitration judgement with instruction to Gecamines to pay up. Just adjournment and sort it out amongst yourselves.

I do wonder if the arbitrators are just gutless and don't want to make a decision on this case. If not then you would think it would be entirely down to DRC state owned company "Gecamines" if they want to pay out the $15 million or not.

From yesterday's RNS:

"The resumption of the arbitration by a scheduled meeting in order to conclude its work and arrange payments was held last week and briefly adjourned in case the parties wanted to take a last chance to reach agreement by themselves. The process remains on track and a priority."

The obvious question to the above is when exactly does the above meeting with the arbitrators resume?

I believe Bell said that it was 29.5 months since he had last seen the arbitrators. So he definitely doesn't want to return home without seeing them.

I think the RRR large lender shareholders are playing a very dangerous game because if anything happened to Andrew what is actually here?

To me at Red Rock it's just licenses in dangerous countries or licenses that will cost a lot of money to maintain.

I know if something happened to Andrew and the company fell apart some would say "that proves to the naysayers that Andrew was vital". However I would say that would prove that Red Rock was just a one man band and Andrew had built absolutely nothing in all those years.

I think Andrew would actually like that. Reminds me of Keith Harris and Orville the duck. 😆 I believe when Keith found out he was dying I recall reading that Keith ripped Orville apart and burnt him all because he didn't want anyone else to carry on working with Orville.

I think Andrew see's Red Rock as his Orville the duck. 😄

Banbury, specinvestor in the past often wondered why doesn't Andrew just hold on for the DRC money instead of constantly squandering money on new projects.

Then you see that some large RRR shareholders are supportive of Andrew and encourage him to do new projects. Then you realise (after reading final results RNS) that some large shareholders who also lend RRR money love Red Rock being in debt because it's a great moneymaker for them. So no wonder they keep encouraging Andrew to do more projects and are so supportive of him.

Bell on twitter doesn't give a d*mn what he tweets about. I also recall Poulden years ago on twitter, I think it was a company PCGE (something like that) and he tweeted something like "if shareholders don't like what I'm doing why don't you p*ss off".

So he's a charmer like Andrew. 😆

Like you say I haven't seen a Topham holding RNS for years and Lundy years ago definitely used to say that he was his client.

It seems Andrew Bell is saying there could be further delays because the money that Andrew thought Gecamines would pay to Red Rock may instead be used for ammo. 😐

I'm certainly not optimistic about any money.

In Bell's twitter post the other day he talked about the meeting which was about the arbitration and he said "some people are a bit rusty". Then he said "follow up meetings and side meetings necessary".

To me "rusty" means things like not up to speed on something, out of practice on something or unfamiliar about something. So who were these "rusty people" at the meeting? You would think it wouldn't be either Red Rock or it's former partners VUP. If it were Gecamines then that wouldn't be good and if it were the arbitrators then that would suggest they haven't even bothered on this case for these past 30 months.

When Red Rocks RNS the other day said that further documents were needed and the arbitrator said they needed to come to a consensus with each other, it reminded me of a post Elon Musk responded to the other day when somebody was talking about delaying tactics.

In Bell's x post he said some people were a bit rusty on how had progressed. So that could mean anything, could even mean any Gecamines representatives had no idea of who Red Rock were.

I bet Gecamines management are nowhere to be seen in any discussion. 🥴 Just the wishful thinkers who are deluding themselves. 🥴

In an interview the other month Bell actually shocked me when he said that his confidence of getting money from Gecamines was because their representatives gave that assurance at the first arbitration hearing. So that would have been around June 2022. 🥴

Also bear in mind the only reason Red Rock found out that its partner VUP had sold their licences to Gecamines for $20 million was because VUP were taking Gecamines to court because Gecamines hadn't paid VUP the final $15 million payment. So if Gecamines didn't want to pay out $15 million all those years ago why would anybody have any confidence that they would be enthusiastic about paying it out now?

Lastly beware if a miracle were to happen then be in no doubt Andrew Bell would accept getting paid in itty bitty installments which would do little for share price and halting future fundraises.

Years ago he did the same and sold the El Limon gold in an awfully constructed $5 million deal. That deal ultimately tanked the share price because it was made up of numerous installments, promissory notes and royalty payments. Almost 10 years after that awfully constructed sale $3 million in royalty payments is still outstanding.

Like I say I have no confidence about money coming but if it does come and it briefly spikes the share price then I will be pleased for the good RRR shareholders that I like. 🙂 Though I wouldn't personally be hanging around because lots of RRR debt needs paying back. 👍
