By the way some of you (Nikeair and Helpful) don't like to give Ken Watson any credit.

This is an extract from a 2005 Red Rock RNS:

"Red Rock has acquired nine tenements at Oakover, Mt Ida, Mt Hope, and Mt Alfred,all in Western Australia, and at Savage River North and Arthur River in Tasmania."

Being Australian it's pretty certain Ken Watson was an huge part in choosing those licenses in Australia.

And I think many of those licenses were eventually rolled into Jupiter mines which resulted in Red Rock getting an huge number of additional Jupiter mine shares.

So don't be so begrudging. Give the guy credit. 👍

I wasn't around in 2005 but this old Regency mines RNS says that Red Rock Resources before it listed in 2005 used to be a Regency mines subsidiary company. So Red Rock came from Regency mines.

Companies house does say Ken Watson resigned from both Red Rock and Regency mines on 29 May 2009.

Lastly Ken's expertise seems to be in choosing mining licenses. I don't know what Andrew expertise is. By the way Ken is Australian. If you look on his twitter Ken may now be 87 but he's still posting strong. 💪

I can remember when he was 80 he said he was still regularly beating people half his age at tennis. 💪

There is still time for him to make a comeback at Red Rock. 💪

Can a JV partner legally make an executive decision and sell off an asset or assets without consulting the JV partner?

Bell only says it was sold behind Red Rocks back. He never said the deal between Gecamines and VUP was illegal. Bell has only ever fought to get a share of the deal.

Specinvestor, maybe you know, is it illegal for a partner (VUP) to sell off JV licenses?

I ask that because Andrew Bell has never said the deal between Gecamines and VUP was illegal. In fact Bell's fight has been to get a share of the $20 million deal.

Dukey I know you remember former largest RRR shareholder Daniel Sklan. Anyway on LSE I recall he had admin erase an huge number of his posts.

But looking through my old posts I found a couple of his older posts that have probably long since been erased.

You can see by this stage Daniel had long since lost faith in Bell's abilities.

In March 2017 he posted:

"I agree that the investment in Elephant Oil or as I call it White Elephant Oil was a really poor investment.... but then look at the history of the investments made by RRR and it is far from being unique. If you make enough investments and lose £10m's sooner or later one of them is bound to be successful (Jupiter) but doesn't really make up for the multitudes of badly made investments."

After Steelmin investment/loan he posted:

"Oh Andrew....... when will you learn. Your skills at investing leave a lot to be desired With the exception of Jupiter – I can not fathom where all there millions have gone other than paying off YA and the directors of RRR. Every single investment has been a drain on funds and shareholders time after time have been screwed!"

I'm sure in life when it's just a simple person going against a company, then that person will often reluctantly apologise (even if they don't want to) because they don't have the endless fundraising ability like a company does.

Lastly if Gecamines quickly sold the licenses on to Glencore for $420 million, then why doesn't "Helpful" ever say Red Rock should next go after Gecamines to get a share of Gecamines $420 million profits?

Orslega, I can spot from a mile off a crappy "Helpful" post. That 21:24 post of yours must be an "Helpful" repost isn't it? 😂

And it's always been clear that the only reason VUP went after BOTH Gecamines and Glencore for the unpaid $15 million was because they were covering all bases.

However at the end of the day "Gecamines" did the initial $20 million deal with VUP and at the arbitration Andrew Bell said "Gecamines" would be the one's who would be paying out the $15 million.

Yes Specinvestor but you'll probably remember Bell saying quite recently that he felt everyone else apart from him would have long since given up in the DRC.

So if that what usually happens in the DRC, then maybe 30 months ago at the arbitration when Gecamines representatives gave assurances that they would abide with the ruling of the eventual arbitration judgement. Then maybe just maybe Gecamines didn't really mean it because they expected the arbitrators to string it out for years and years on end and for RRR to eventually give up.

Of course maybe the arbitrators will be forced to make a decision in the next few days. However if they adjourn and Bell is made to return to the UK then I wouldn't see that as good because Bell did say it was the first time in 29.5 months that he had seen the arbitrators. So if adjournment did happen again then how long could it take for Bell to see them again?

One way or another hopefully this uncertainty will soon come to an end. 👍

And Specinvestor I believe you gave caution a few months ago by stressing that everything we hear about the DRC money is from Andrew Bell's perspective. We don't hear the other sides perspective. Of course Andrew wants the money and he thinks he deserves it but the other side especially the one's who are meant to be paying it out may disagree. One way or another hopefully this uncertainty will come to soon come to an end.

Specinvestor, well blame Andrew Bell because he created that excuse for a possible hold up in any money payment from DRC government owned mining company GECAMINES to Red Rock. He said any shortage of money for ammunition in the latest DRC conflict could result in the money that Bell thinks is owed to Red Rock being used instead to buy things like ammunition.

He said that in both his own twitter video and in the latest Stockbox interview.

So from that we can conclude that the DRC government see any excess money from Gecamines as their own money.

If anybody wants to know where I read that article on Lundy then pay for a cheap subscription of the "Br*tish newspaper archives" website.

I have it so I can look at any newspaper article of my ancestors. For example where I live I simply enter the family name and I can look at all the local newspapers from 1850 onwards.

So if yourself or if any family member ever appeared in an old newspaper from years ago then you can probably find it online on that site. 👍
