Dukey I may have misread your post but any RRR fundraise over £200,000 won't automatically force POW to convert their CLNs into RRR shares. Like all CLNs it is entirely up to the CLN holder if they want to convert their CLNs into shares or not.
Red Rock's RNS on the POW CLNs was misleading. This is from the Power Metals RNS explaining it and I think it's more clearer
"- Upon Completion, £250,000 in convertible loan notes ("CLNs") with a conversion price equal to the price of any placement of new ordinary shares of RRR raising proceeds of over £200,000. Should conversion not be undertaken within 6 months of the HoT date, the CLNs of £250,000 are repayable immediately as cash."
