Well if it were true about him appearing on TV with somebody high up in the DRC government and RRR/potential investors could see it. Then the true reality of why the government were meeting him would be revealed and it may have nothing to do with arbitration.

So such a meeting may not be share price enhancing.

With the dud ZImbabwe Lithium "ALR" project, the poster "Helpful" had at one time said he personally owned a direct 10% stake in ALR. So some may have looked to him for valuable knowledgeable information on the project.

Unfortunately all he did was give false information on the project so he could sucker in people to buy into RRR. Unfortunately he got found out to be a total fantasist who time and time again gave outlandish figures on ALR, all with the clear aim of suckering in the naive investor into the hell hole that is Red Rock Resources.

Bear in mind the true figure of lithium ore produced from the ALR project turned out to be zero. But here is fantasist "Helpful" Loopy Lundy when last year he gave his expert analysis of what the production figures could be:

The higher production levels need to be supported by efficient mining operations. Getting 20k TPM out of site is a lot more difficult than 5k TPM if nothing else just from the truck movements. Hence the emphasis on efficiency.

I can remember when "Helpful" was ramping the hell out of the Zimbabwean dud Lithium asset, I recall he made numerous posts telling us that in his opinion ALR (the RRR Zimbabwe subsidiary company) was worth multiples of the Red Rock market cap.

Considering ALR is now pretty worthless that tells you he doesn't give much worth to Red Rock.

Ok Freddie they are yours for $50,000?

Talking of Bell's son. Doesn't Bell's son (Frederick) run TSX listed royalty company, Elemental Altus Royalties (ELE)?

They are around a $200 million market cap and I don't believe he's shown any interest in taking over Red Rock's $3 million El Limon royalties.

This is my figure but if he makes a $200,000 offer he can have them.

I'm sure most people realise that for well over two years RRR chairman Andrew Bell has been saying that a written DRC arbitration decision was near to being released. 🥱

Today's RNS talks about small scale gold production in Burkina Faso.

However Red Rock released on the 29th April an RNS which reported on Willem Smuts assessment of the Burkina Faso project.

Andrew Bell on the same day also did a stockbox interview and at the 1 minute mark he tells the interviewer that the person (Smuts) who looked over the project said to a mutual friend "don't let Red Rock bleep it up".

Then around the 9 minute point Bell tells the interviewer the reason they won't be starting things on a small scale in Burkina Faso:

"We will try to start on a scale meaning which will mean we will be cash flow positive in the beginning ..because if you start on a very small scale your overhead costs will be higher than the revenue you get out"

So it certainly doesn't bode well for making any kind of profits now that Burkina Faso is being done on a small scale.

I cannot say I have ever followed companies like CGNR or KDR. So I was somewhat surprised to watch Stockbox Professor Conway interviews and find out he was still running the companies at 91 years old.

Yes Banbury I agree about the mega placing.

If the Red Rock £250,000 must be paid to Power Metals around the 12th November? Then it's the 11th next Monday. So if those dates are correct then I would imagine a placing this week.

Also in that Bell twitter video yesterday he said he would be paying some Burkina Faso bills today. Also the last time he did one of those videos a placing arrived soon after.

So certainly a placing at the latest next week. Though I suspect this week.

The Red Rock share price when Bell said the above was around 0.60p. So 12 to 15 times higher than today.

So since then through Bell's continued utter incompetence he's absolutely decimated the RRR share price.

I'm sure Bell realises that it probably wouldn't have been wise to travel by vehicle in the streets in the early hours of the morning to visit the president.

Bell said others instead met the president but I suspect they were sh***ing themselves and it would have been about investing in the DRC and next to nothing about the arbitration money. I mean could you imagine meeting president's like Putin or Kim yong-un in the early hours of the morning. You certainly would be brave or very foolish to bring up the subject of arbitration money.

Me personally I think there is very little chance of recieving any arbitration money. Even if no arbitration money ever happens then i'm sure Andrew Bell will look back on it as success because he's raised millions on the back of saying that the arbitration money should soon be coming.

one of the posters is correct because that is clearly a plastic burger. So from the photo Bell looks like he may have lost a lot of weight because he daren't touch the food while in the DRC.

Also if the above photo wasn't titled I'm sure some would look at it and think it was a photo of a carer who was helping his frail old resident stand up by holding his hand.

When in the last Stockbox interview Andrew Bell reckoned other Foreign companies would have long since given up in getting compensated for the DRC asset loss. That tells me that DRC state owned mining company "Gecamines" have never had any intention of paying anybody the $15 million.

Yes at the arbitration some 28 months ago, the Gecamines representatives said they would abide by any arbitration money decision but as Bell said years pass in the DRC and companies give up, so the promises Gecamines gave years ago were clearly false promises. And let's be honest if Gecamines had any intention of paying out the $15 million then they could have paid it out some 28 months ago.

From Fridays RNS clearly Bell or his people's access to any political DRC people is because he is trying to convince them that RRR are wanting to do business and pour RRR money into the DRC. Yes the Friday RNS also said they raised awareness of the arbitration but did Red Rock or it's representatives raise a lot of awareness?

I suspect not.

Looking again at the Red Rock CLN RNS, I may be incorrect and it may mean once the CLN conversion price is determined, then POW have 6 months to convert CLNs into RRR shares after that. Of course they can choose not to convert and instead let the 6 months run down and instead be paid in cash

Funnily enough I never feel embarrassed about sometimes misunderstanding RNS's or interviews or tweets because they are meant to be misleading.

Dukey I may have misread your post but any RRR fundraise over £200,000 won't automatically force POW to convert their CLNs into RRR shares. Like all CLNs it is entirely up to the CLN holder if they want to convert their CLNs into shares or not.

Red Rock's RNS on the POW CLNs was misleading. This is from the Power Metals RNS explaining it and I think it's more clearer

"- Upon Completion, £250,000 in convertible loan notes ("CLNs") with a conversion price equal to the price of any placement of new ordinary shares of RRR raising proceeds of over £200,000. Should conversion not be undertaken within 6 months of the HoT date, the CLNs of £250,000 are repayable immediately as cash."
