Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Specinvestor, i know in the past you have been skeptical about how much these share threads have on influencing a share price. However look on the HE1 thread and look at how many people descend on a thread when a full on ramp is on.
Over the years i've seen many AIM companies multibag in a day based purely on some influencial ramper pumping the stock. In the past ramper "topinfo" has done this on many ocassions.
So i'm convinced without these share forums AIM companies like Red Rock would quickly fold. Without these threads how would "Helpful" try to ramp this company?
I have no idea of how to repost a screenshot but in the two tweets that RRR posted then later deleted from 16-17 Nov, this is exactly what was said in those deleted tweets.
The 1 photo Red Rock tweet that showed numerous small looking 1 ton bags. It was later discovered to be a lie by Red Rock because it wasn't ALR/RRR lithium ore but an old marketing photo.
RRR tweet said:
"Some of our lithium ore bagged up in 1 ton bags ready for shipment"
.............
3 photo Red Rock tweet. Two of which were not real.
RRR tweet said:
"RRR lithium project Zimbabwe 📷 (A camera cartoon similar to this)
Lithium ore material ready for export, before loading
#RRR #Lithium # Zimbabwe"
Banbury to be honest i'm only pulling Maidits leg. I knew he had a list of people but i found his post funny.
I do actually find him likeable and i wish him well here but i have no belief any DRC money is nearing and Andrew Bell seems to be in a fundraising frenzy lately. So that is not a good combination for this share price.

Maidit i've just found your post from November where you highlight the names we should all look out for on this thread. I assume the person you think as turned is Specinvestor? He also could be an AI bot. 🤔
You said:
"Of 8 main players posting none stop today after that good news of shipping has began, who don't seems to own any stock anywhere on the stock Market be very careful
TD2
BBB

AMADAN

look out for them on other board, I think they could be AI BOTS trying to keep investors away from MICRO stocks that is about to turn, for there masters... while they gobble up 8 /5 and 10m worth in the background."
11 Dec 2023 Red Rock do a £110,000 placing.
14 Dec 2023 Red Rock do a £500,000 placing.
Then a long break for the Christmas holidays.
25 Jan 2024 when interviewer asks how Red Rock are funding wise the Red Rock chairman Andrew Bell responds: "We have a bit of money in our hands".
Somebody must have had a luxurious Christmas.
Helpful and the true reality is Bell is about 3 placings from wiping most RRR shareholders out. By that i mean they will need Red Rock to multibag many times to have any chance of breaking even.
Even those who bought in on the 15th June 2023 price spike (intraday it hit 0.28p), the direction this share price is heading they will soon need a ten bagger to break even.
Your subservient weakness is the reason dreadful chairman like Bell thrive on AIM. They know they can do huge discounted placings devastating a company share price and they will get useful idiots like you defending them. Pathetic!
Also i may be wrong but i believe after the last GM they had authority to issue 1 billion additional shares, so far they've issued 666 million. So i wonder if he can only place those 334 million up to the AGM or can he still use them afterwards?
This is what Noirua says on the Àdvfn thread:
"People need to decide in their own minds whether the Arbitration payment is really due as said or whether it is just to get a favourable result on AGM voting on February 16."
..
Yes i agree with that. He's only resurfaced because he wants the AGM resolutions voted through so he can get his grubby fat mitts to use those 1.5 billion shares.
Todays RRR RNS says:
"A draft of the arbitration award has been received and awaits signature and release. This process was delayed during the election period which has now concluded with the re-election of President Felix Tshisekedi.
An update will be provided as soon as possible."
.....
Also in 8 March 2023 Red Rock RNS it says:
"The decision of the arbitrators has been received in draft and a finalisation and signature is awaited.
Further information will be provided when there is anything definite to report"
...
RRR also give mention to awaiting of signature in the 29 Dec 2022 final results RNS.
From todays RNS:
" Further news on the Company's arbitration award EXPECTED following the conclusion of elections in DRC"
As sneaky Helpful said the other month you should always be careful when EXPECT is used by him in a post or for that matter when a company like RRR use it in an RNS.
8th July 2023 Helpful posts:
"PS I fully expect Glencore will be paying us some serious readdies fairly soon"
.......
10th July 2023 Helpful posts:
"You lot need to learn to read.
I never said that Glencore would hand over readdies"
.........
10th July Helpful responds:
"EXPECT
https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/expect
https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/will
Expect is probabilistic. As I said, people need to learn to read.
DYOR"
For you Robins i will be positive.
If Andrew isn't lying and money from DRC soon arrives to RRR and it multibagged the RRR share price. Then do yourself a favour and sell.
I say that because you know with Andrew in charge you'll never recoup your RRR losses. And you know any money that did arrive would be quickly squandered by Andrew.
Rather helpfully (regarding peak price) in the 2013 Final results RNS Bell says of Jupiter:
"During the year, Jupiter Mines saw a considerable decrease in share price as the expected strengthening of its position following the Tshipi mine coming into operation did not occur. The holding of over 90 million Jupiter shares, which at their peak were valued at nearly 90 cents each, was a core asset that for a time gave us enormous stability. The Jupiter share price has fallen to a current level of less than 7 cents over two years, and despite the periodic sales that we have been able to achieve, this has been a considerable blow to our balance sheet. The asset which we thought would be a strong buttress, enabling the rest of the business to weather the downturn of the sector, proved to be as vulnerable as any other. This was despite a string of good news about production, transport, and marketing arrangements"
....
In the 5th July 2013 Red Rock announced they had sold over 40 million Jupiter shares getting only $2.8 million Australian dollars (so around £1.4 million). So that was a terrible sale by Bell. It looked like that money was only used to pay off some death spiral finance debt.
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/RRR/further-sale-of-shares-in-jupiter-mines-mpxtmtf2ys167xx.html
If only Bell had held off that sale because when Jupiter relisted in early 2018 Red Rock would've held over 60 million Jupiter shares. At that time Red Rock were saying their 18.5 million Jupiter shares were worth $7.2 million. So if Red Rock had held off that cheap sale those 60 million would have been worth a well over 20 million Aussie dollars. Also when Jupiter relisted over those next two years Red Rock were paid over £1.5 million in JMS dividend payments. So if Bell hadn't weakly and cheaply sold those 40 million Red Rock would've probably recieved around £5 million in dividend payments.
If only if only. 🤔
