To add a little myself: this extracts from a 2017 RRR rns:

"Further, CML/PRI have stated an intention to pay Red Rock's Royalty on gold produced only from gold produced from underground at El Limon and not including gold produced from the mine's processing plant that is derived from material sourced outside the license boundaries. Red Rock is seeking to ensure that the Royalty covers all ores processed by the gold processing plant included in the Sale of the El Limon mine and located at the mine, as originally intended by the parties."

ALSO:

"CML/PRI have denied the correctness of the Company's (so Red Rock's) interpretation of the Royalty formula. Red Rock has therefore submitted a Request for Arbitration to the ICC in order to resolve these issues."

A later 5 April 2017 RNS says:

"On 9 January Red Rock submitted a Request for Arbitration to the International Chamber of Commerce ("ICC") in relation to certain disputes with CML and its parent company

· A full settlement has now been reached and the proceedings at the ICC discontinued

o The 3% NSR Royalty will be construed as covering all gold produced from the El Limon mill site, including gold produced from third party ore"

From above you can see Andrew Bell discontinued or dropped the arbitration. So of course if Soma don't adhere to the above then there is no arbitration ruling to enforce. 👍

Also I recall "Helpful" say that RRR had recently sent emails to SOMA to give them a friendly reminder about the royalty payments. I don't recall Red Rock outwardly telling investors and RRR shareholders about this, so I'll assume that this was info that was privately told to him by Andrew Bell.

That Red Rock have to send friendly reminders to SOMA tells me that they are worried about Royalty payments getting paid. 👍

I've just looked at the 2017 Red Rock AGM resolutions to see if I could spot any AGM resolution that might have spurred Andrew to go into a Red Rock buying frenzy leading up that years AGM.

Resolution two could be it:

2. "To re-elect Andrew Bell as a Director of the Company, who retires by rotation under the Articles of Association of the Company and, being eligible, offers himself for re-election".

Today I've took you briefly off filter and I see you are saying Red Rock were having profitable years around 2018.

In the video from recollection they are stood in front of a whiteboard and they are writing down and bragging how much money Red Rock have and have coming in and how much value the Red Rock Jupiter mine shares are worth.

After viewing the video please realise all the value they had in that video has long been squandered and since then they have raised millions in fundraises.

And what now have they got to show for it? Apart from extreme company debt?

Aimdogs, in 2017 leading up to 22nd December 2017 Red Rock AGM ..Andrew Bell from nowhere went into a Red Rock buying frenzy.

A few months before Paul Johnson's then "Metal Tiger" held around 13% in RRR. Bell clearly saw them as friendly non threatening shareholder. Then Swedish Peter Gyllenhammar came onto the RRR scene and he seemingly had acquired all of the Metal Tiger RRR shares.

On 14th December nearing the AGM an holding RNS dropped that showed Gyllenhammar still held 13% in RRR.

Clearly Bell was worried about the AGM resolutions passing.

21 December 2017 an £125,000 placing RNS dropped. In the placing it said: "9,375,000 Shares were subscribed by First Equity Limited, and 6,250,000 Shares were subscribed by Andrew Bell, a director of the Company."

So at the then placing price Bell had acquired around £60,000 more.

So feeling threatened by the large RRR shareholder and worrying that the AGM resolutions wouldn't pass and therefore the Red Rock gravy train could end.

Well clearly that was a wonderful incentive for persuading Andrew Bell to start buying.

Orslega, when I sometimes moan about Bell on twitter I sometimes think some must think that I don't want Bell posting because he is doing great things on twitter promoting Red Rock. They are wrong.

Let me be clear:

For those who want Red Rock to die then Andrew Bell's sh*t posting on twitter is an absolute dream. You just wouldn't want him to stop. He is an inept mess at promoting Red Rock on twitter. He is an absolute disaster. 👍

When you see Andrew Bell's fanatical support of Putin and Russia then you realise that there is little difference between Bell and those with fanatical support of other regimes you may disagree with. 👍

Regarding Bell on twitter. It is not about me being against free speech, I just believe him posting about divisive topics on twitter is a selfish act against RRR holders because I believe it will narrow down the field of investors who would want to invest in Red Rock. Yes I know some will disagree with me on that. That is ok. 👍

On politics. My local MP is a reform MP. I won't say who but if was talking about that on this thread then I know a few arguments could quickly ensue. 😄

Also Confounded, in your dream Red Rock thread you may believe that all positive Red Rock posts would be ideal but bear in mind Red Rock have a mostly awful past and Andrew Bell has squandered tens of millions of pounds.

So if moderators banned negative posters and only positive often bullsh*t posts were allowed. Then it would just become a scam thread. I don't believe you would want that. 👍

That is why a thread with varying often opposing views is good. 👍

Maybe I am the only one who thought this but when "Helpful" earlier posted Bell's tweet: https://x.com/ABell2019/status/1899113409972486156. and Bell said the DRC local partner was praising him, I initially thought and wrongly thought Bell meant "VUP".

So when in today's tweet Bell says: " Let me tell you a story. Our local partner is the person who will arrange the signing with ministers"

So by that Bell actually means the signing for any new JV mining licence.

Because Bell ends tweet:

Bell's long post was because a poster asked:

"Have you booked your flight back to DRC yet Andrew?

Bell knew the poster was meaning arbitration and not new JV licence.

I'm sure when a small AIM company first lists it is meant to be a "two way street" where a company will sensibly raise funds to advance company projects and with the advancement of those exciting company projects ordinary shareholders should then see an increase in company share price.

That's how it's meant to be. What usually happens is that it becomes a one sided affair with dross assets, next to no progress, numerous fundraises and share price destruction.

Shareholders should really ignore those one sided companies and just let them die. But there are gullible investors out there who let those companies go on for years.

Specinvestor yesterday:

"virtually all CEO's of public companies particularly small cap company extol the potential of their little company. IMO almost over promise. Almost everyone (CEO's and employees) believe they are doing a great job."

I have said this in the past but I'm sure Chairman Andrew Bell's idea of Red Rock success is not the same what an ordinary Red Rock shareholder thinks Red Rock success is.

I believe 29th July 2005 was the first day Red Rock listed on AIM. Yes any first day investment may now be over 1000 times smaller but in those almost 20 years Andrew Bell has likely made millions of pounds in Red Rock wages.

So if someone were to call Andrew Bell a Red Rock failure then i'm sure he would think "wrong" and "you are being stupid".

So to Chairmen like Andrew Bell company success is likely creating hype with meagre assets, getting regular fundraises away and seeing a wage in their bank accounts on a monthly basis.

So i'm sure positive company share price performance to Chairmen like Andrew Bell is just not that important.
