However, if I may, I will make two observations:
Lasso stating 2025. Just think for one moment please! Lasso states that production is 2025 and solg (who own the mine and are doing all the planning for the mine, are sayiong something else. Now, here is the difficult part....Does Lasso know more or less than Solg?
Take your time, come back when you think you know the answer.

Basically they're safeguarding the first stage of the decline and tunnelling thru challenging initial conditions before breaking thru into better layers which will accelerate the dig. Byrnecut have until October 22, to complete the contract.

gutted - all 'crypto' whatever label it has. Because it is outside government control, IE they cannot fiddle with it by controlling its exchange rates or getting banks to monitor all transactions....they will not indulge in crypto - now, nor never.
Digital currency is a completely different matter and as you will read, the euro, yuan and dollar are being prepared to go digital.
One last thing to consider, aside from the dollar only one other currency is capable of world domination.....the yuan. China is due to overtake the US from an economic perspective by 2030, the yuan is being primed to accompany that strategic position.
If China don't want bitcoin(et al)....game over!
Play all day long on the sidelines with BTC investments but forget mainstream involvement.

The US and UK have banned its involvement in any FSA pensions.
The US, UK and Europe have banned it as a measure of a sovereign backed savings scheme.

Only San Salvador has accepted it as a legit currency!

It has ZERO, NIL, NADA, NYET chance of ever invading legitimate financial institutions within any respectable country.

It can and will only ever be used as a form of unregulated investment. It has to be this way for ONE very very simple reason:
A government cannot control it.
Simples.

NIL impact on gold/copper mines.
There is still an "impasse" between the chinese and aussies over barley, coal and beef but mining resources remain untouched to date.
The drop in iron ore prices is a global effect....and not peculiar to the chinese/aussie spat.

Lastly ....every country in the civilised world has quarantined crypto as a workable currency for obvious reasons. Some have gone further and outlawed it. Now you tell me you fully endorse and recommend it .

The catalysts to stimulate the sp have been there for all to read about, for months and months. Steve Todoruk listed these in his podcast in April and subsequently I have them in my roadmap. Each of these timelines would naturally be expected to stir it up!

Bunky, you're not missing anything. FIAT money will eventually disappear. Hard 'change' will be a thing of the past (which inherently has its own problems but that conversation is for another day), notes will gradually fade out and the new digital currency will take over. It's happening now...I haven't used notes or coins for months! My bank lives on the internet - no local branches. My cheques (what are they?) get photographed via my bank app and my account credited without leaving my home. I pay people and businesses via digital transactions.
My income is electronic. Where do I need notes and coins...post covid?

Meanwhile back at the ranch, the dollar will remain king for decades to come, the yuan and euro will continue to stay abreast of matters. The dollar is the currency in nearly every country in the world in some shape or form (primary or black market)....long may it continue because there is no other country I would want backing my finances other than the dollar.
Medium term, the US. China and Europe (including GB) will go 100% digital, certainly in my life time.

When the banking world goes digital....the dollar advantage will disappear. Then there will be a global 'levelling up' the likes of which no-one has ever seen.

As for crypto............compare it to a dead man walking scenario in terms of currency. Investments, yes but certainly not mainstream day to day transactionable.
