Reasons to be cheerful23 Nov 2021 00:22
I can smell the fear on this board....
Not sure how many seasoned investors are in GGP but I suspect those who are not........will be the ones producing the pheremones....
For the nervous investor (and this number increases as the SP drops), I ask you to ponder this:
When you invested in Solg @ 3.4MozAu, did you ever bother to work out what the SP might look like for a find that size still in the ground? I did, the brokers did and so too, the MM's. When that MMRE was published nearly a year ago (Dec 2020), the SP was expected to stabilise around 15p, give or take. Shortly thereafter, the GDXJ happened and completely distorted this share...and ergo, investors perceptions. One year later and voila we are @ 15p, give or take. All the shorting and manipulation between then and now has resulted in the square root of diddly squat. The share is where it is because of what it is....15p for 3.4MozAu (inferred) (1.9MozAu indicated)......in the ground. Get used to it.
The quiet ones here...those who say little or nothing have known this all along.
They also know what the MRE2 should bring and how this will reflect in the SP. They have done their dd. They are prepared. Are you?
If you are affected by the daily/weekly/monthly variations in this SP, to the extent where you are lashing out at others or getting very anxious about the future........then you are in the wrong share/business/industry/hobby.
Reasons to be cheerful:
15p is reflecting 1.7% of the currently known ore mass. That mass is growing.
Stage 1 (SLOS) will reap large rewards for GGP for atleast 9 years and this will be reflected in the SP. This will happen in the next 12 months.
Stage 2 has just been applied for by the biggest gold miner in Australia....our partner. NCM knows what is down there.
BigL ....... is here to pump up those pheremones.
I leave you with this: His entire argument is based on the remaining 98.3% of the current ore body being mined at an average resource grade of 0.75gm/t. Does anyone genuinely believe that NCM have injected to date nearly $500m, will inject another $1,000m+ and build an underground mine at breakneck speed for 0.75gm/t?
You couldn't make it up.
Good night, sleep tight.
