The only thing that will arouse MM's is the next MRE. Nothing more, nothing less. The stuff's in the ground but it is as yet unavailable, same for dozens of minnows.
Next MRE will raise this SP maybe 20% to around 36p.
A take out will raise it to 50p.
Going to production will take 6 years ish - no-one wants that........too long. Time IS money!

The stock has nose dived......again! People must consider (atleast) the points Xray has made because everyone must look at everything that is out there.
SOLG don't have the best marketing department in the world! In fact they don't have a marketing/PR department full stop! Unless you count Anna and she's got other things to worry about. Yes they are a mining explorer and yes they have visions for production.......eventually, but they MUST keep shareholders and especially the market SWEET.
This year we have had: a mediocre PEA which was months overdue. The CC debacle which forced NM to come out with 2 defensive RNS's. Conflicting info from JW and NM and nothing else, even though we know they have been working their socks off.
We all know that they are sitting on something massive. So Why the feck don't they make more noise then?

You need to get this gambling problem off your chest - I understand, believe me, I do. I too, am a gambler but unlike you, rather successful, methinks.
£profit just by shorting Solg over a 5 day period.....Churned my shares in a 48hr period for another profit (only this time in number of shares, not cash). So yes - still invested, though scratching the surface compared to you, methinks.

I didn't know what a pea or mre was when I joined this forum, simply because I didn't care. The stock looked like a good punt and so I dipped my toe in. Since then, I have been captivated by the ugly side of human nature and how vitreolic people get behind a pseudonymn. So have been hooked into engaging with these (how should I put it politely) individuals....They make it worth it and hence why I have learned so much, enroute.
I now feel it is my duty to balance posts often seen on here, so 'normal' PI's have a fighting chance of getting a more accurate overview of this company and what hoops it has to go thru to 'get there'. And get there it will....
without handles and charts, without a whoosh, bam, boooom and without reaching dizzy heights like £1.32 anytime soon.
If this goes to production - many on here will be retired and too old to enjoy their wealth! If it gets taken out, it will either be consolidated or sold off relitively cheaply.
KB - you might also have come across another post of mine which speculates that solg will sell @ 50p. Now that IS realistic, no.....?

Xray, I suppose it is feasible. KB has 2.8 million of these suckers! Averaged out at 28p means he has sunk his entire financial hopes amounting to £700k plus into this minnow. You understand now why he was deathly silent throughout the turbulent last few weeks as he watched his world creep ever closer to financial ruin. A very very brave man indeed to invest every single penny one has into a dream. Luckily for him, it should do well and all will be calm in the garden of eden once more....but can you imagine the converse......so buying 2 cars, bathroom, holiday is feasible but it also means he has reduced his holdings to pay for that.

Apparently we have also been accused of being one and the same. It has taken me 10 years to invent you it seems as I have been here since 2009 and you popped up recently. Some strange people around here........

Majors (including the 2 onboard currently) have small holdings in SOLG. Shareholders have asked in the past - why haven't these 'partners' increased their stakes. Numerous reasons have been given by people other than me. I am suggesting that not only "other" majors (who may have had their eyes on us) together with our partner majors- will be doing additional due dilligence since the CC debacle which happened recently, to re-assess the situation and determine if the coast is clear... Common sense if you are in the process of a takeover or increasing your s/h and then suddenly a showstopper comes along, is dismissed........but not totally perhaps.
If I was a Rio Tinto/BHP/Newcrest/Chinese company - the recent 'hiccup' would definitely put the brakes on my plans for Solg.

As stated, the stock has taken a confidence hit after the court case. PI's have been frightened off and majors are revisiting their due dilligence, so poor trading going on, especially in the right direction to raise the SP.
