Jaguar - Everyone's research is appreciated, of course it is. But if you look back over the last 20 posts, Paddy has already stated he's done the maths on this note, Bamps has too. I did it when the note came out...those who have already done their homeowrk quietly in the background...know that "at today's estimate", there is roughly 15 to 20Moz gold in the ore body that has been drilled and reported.

davidimus. They have derived 30p from the last MRE(inferred). The rest is speculation which is why they haven't actually quaoted "20Moz" anywhere in their note. Most researchers expect the 4.2EqAu to jump to somewhere around 5-7Moz when the next MRE(indicated) comes out very soon, but this is for the SE Crescent and breccias. Eventually there will be another MRE(inferred) for the NC and breccias and eventually an MRE(Indicated for the lot. Then we will be closer to the 15Moz(paddy calc) or 20Moz(pete calc). This is when the suggested broker figure of 66p comes in.

The 20Moz pete refers to is the life long recovery figure for the entire motherlode. Surely we all understand this. Out of that we have an inferred MRE of 4.2 EqAu currently.
The note has been available to one and all for months??
I was under the impression pete had found a more recent note.

AISC for cadia (latest) is minus $6/oz. First time in their calcs it has become a minus. I can't see that happening @ Hav.....unless PoG/C rockets.
I would expect an AISC@Hav: $600-800/oz.

Petejh - Apologies if I have the wrong end of the stick here, but I cannot find the latest Hannam note you refer to. However, their Note from 26th Feb 2021 shows exactly the same calcs as yours???
This results in their (latest?) estimate of 30p for the SP. It is relatively 'old news' now.
Your $1.3Bn (hannam) estimate for the 30% owned slice of Hav is shown in the 26/2/21 note.

The longer it takes to find NM's replacement, the easier and more convenient it becomes to keep KM in place as CEO.
And if he continues to increase his fan base with presentations like his last, the more logical it would be to retain his services as CEO. I know he would prefer a different label....but needs must as they say. IMO. if he carries on the way he is behaving, I would vote for him.
Which leads me onto...what next?
Alpala/Cascabel is fast becoming a heavy weight around the neck of Solg. Yes plans are afoot but they are becoming ever more comprehensive and mired in technical solutions....all of which add to the time line. If you look in your rear mirror about now....you'll see Porvenir moving up fast and again IMO, this project has "me, me" written all over it.
It is an easily mined near surface resource which could theoretically dwarf Alpala. Quick to production might entice several suitors to expedite the whole process.
JV Alpala/Cascabel...now! Leave the complicated technical decisions to the expert major(s), take the sting out of the Capex and cream off a royalty stream/dividends ad infinitum...paying for any/all future prospects.
Keep an eye on your rear veiw mirror........................

That production WILL NOT START IN 2025. IT "WILL BE CLOSER TO 2028."
Please, please understand that there is every possibility that KM knows a little more than you do about this.
Understand also that there is no shame in apologising that you have always got it wrong about the production date, probably since inception.
There will be other dates and events that no doubt you will be wrong about but for now, accept the current production date as: 2028.
Once you appreciate this, you can move forward out of denial and into the sunshine.
