Just a gentle reminder that of late (last several weeks), both SD and SB have refrained from using September as the target date for the PFS. SD uses: H2/21. and NCM are using "end of year".
It may well still be September...but be prepared eh?

Why don't you leave the money (invested in GGP) inside your SIPP until it gets much bigger when GGP explodes and THEN take out 25% of the then much bigger value of the SIPP giving you much more tax free cash to put into your account? Meanwhile sell other shares tax free up to £12,500 (CGT) (each partner) and put that into your ISA for 2021/22 (assuming you haven't already used your allowance for that tax year)?

Buying at 14p and watching it rise to 40+ thinking more was to come, only to find it subside again....going long really means going long, year after year after.......
Luckily, I didn't invest the half mil. It was just an example.
I am, however, invested with a not inconsiderable sum and what seems like every week, someone in the family / friends continue to remind me that messing with the stock market is for mugs or chancers.......it would therefore be appropriate to atleast exit this stock with a mediocre profit, now....just to get them off my back! 40p would do it.

4clg2 - why leave @ 50p? Thats a round number. If solg hits 40p before december i'll take it and run a mile. Why.....solg have fecked up nearly every timeline they have proposed over the last 8 fecking yrs i have been here. Ecuador is a dodgy jurisdiction. NOTHING has come out of solg, worthy of note this year. KM is suggesting 2028+ as the start of production.
If someone invested half a million quid since 2013 and got double that in 2028 it boils down to 30k a year profit ...tops ffs! I make more than that a year in my property rentals...AND have access to that fecking money each and every year!
This stock is waaaay past its sell by date and needs ditching.
Bring me anything over 40p and colour me gone.
Atleast i wont have to read bo ll ox like quades and bbg and cookiescrew ever again.

As of July 2021.
12th May 2021. Exploration decline commenced (1 month early).

commence towards top of main ore body within the crescent, approx 420m beneath the surface. Length of this 1st decline will be approx 2600m. Byrnecut are contracted to construct the decline. Sandeep estimates 250m/month. Contractors (Byrnecut) are presently digging 155m/month but have just doubled their shifts to 24/7.
15th July 2021. Mine officially ‘Open’.
Arrival of decline @ ore is estimated Q4/22.
On arrival - Stoping tunnels connect the decline to the main ore body. On reaching high grade ore body they will extract high grade low volume mineralisation and feed one of two processing trains @ Telfer. [ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ruo0YrLGAwA ].

Sandeep suggested this is the quickest way to extract maximum returns from low volumes of high grade ore. (4 + years to extract the 54Mt of high grade ore).
Q3/22. F.S. A decision will be made by both partners to bulk mine the remainder as a JV*.
If both parties agree, a decline for the bulk mine will be constructed a further 1200m deep and run for approx 8000m. (estimated: 2 yrs).
Q4/23. SLC commercial production commences. Mine life approx 2042.

2028. Bulk Mine large scale production commences.

Peru and Chile are everyone's nightmare come home to roost currently. I suspect mention of their neighbour (ecuador) being mining friendly brings nervous smiles to any prospective major, let alone any minnows.
Lasso does not have a majority in the house...far from it in fact. He is trying to walk the line between ecuadorean environmentalists / indigenous communities.....and the lobbying mining fraternity promising his country economic salvation. He has 4 years to try to please most of the people, most of the time.
To that end he will probably make life easier for existing mining developments. God help new applications! He will be aware that Solg have advised him of their time lines and he will be seen to support this up to but no further than commencement of a box cut and or decline. He will not grant any further developments at that stage because they coincide with his re-election efforts and his open attempts to pacify the environmentalists at that time.
Tandayama -not a chance in hell....Lasso will never permit Open Pit mining on his watch...political suicide. Think again Solg. He will bat that decision into the long grass until after the next election is decided.
Very difficult times for Solg (Cascabel) methinks. There will (or should be) a mad rush to make as much progress as possible to start work @ the Alpala concession during Lasso's time with the hope and ambition to actually press the big green button for production during the next presidents tenure.
