As stated, JAY's percentage has decreased (Metals One website not updated) as it did not take part in the placing in May 24 (unless the is an agreement of non-diluton in place - suspect not). Re GUN - did they ever have the capital to fund the next round - appears they did not.

Does Jigger have a revised opinion, now the significant fund raise has been completed and the SP appears have been maintained at that level. Some of his points did have validity and may need exploring.

Strongly suspect a US listing is being considere. but only once the Sales hit the correct marker.

This is not new - this is an observation. It may spark interest in an asset sale but cannot see any information re the resource. Or, was this a deliberate RNS to stoke up the ramp. Clarification required.

Take a look at Dowgate and the track record of institutional fund raises (recall one at 12.50 - stock now at 4.00). It is more the credibility of executive and their optimism. As I said, no money in but monitoring. If it flys, ok, but I hold my view their is SP pain on its way.

Looking closely at all of the activity, RNS, Directors input and trumpets. Major cash call at 14p to advance markets etc. Yes major insurers are "semi" on-board but there is a still a long way to go and the US kills outfit without deep pockets. My view is watch this drift further down, next cash call then look closer. Concept is of interest, execution and cash burn is of concern.

Anyone have insight as to when this was actual identified by JAY (or others)? They may have owned this asset for 15 years. I am aware Rod conducted a review of all assets when he returned, but he was in situ prior with the same asset. The timing to release this RNS might need some closer inspection.

Normally results are earlier in June to give time for the AGM then Wimbledon. Therefore they must be this week. Let’s trust the large scale investments / expenditure are all explained re ROI along with the rapid growth guidance from all this expenditure.

New broker has clearly controlled the enthusiasm of the CEO (note it’s simple - less fanfare tone) and put out a simple market trading update to set the tone. Let’s see the how the brokers advice / direction manifests from here.

I strongly suspect we will see all guns blazing as new broker, new year, new fanfares (well the CEO likes a trumpet). Will it stack up re capital investment - let’s see - however I give it a positive nod, that’s if they can control staff expenditure.
