I raise my hat to General Custard for pulling off a daring rescue. The Clowns however are still in place but now clearly chaperoned by the experts who crafted the rescue. Clearly there needs to be a court marshal, demotion or public slap of the wrist for those who have been telling "porkies". Something still smells but lets see what comes out in the wash over the coming weeks. I hold my opinion.

Well that was an RNS and more. Woods has rattled the tin and delivered the life line. The Nationwide order was important but what else is due to service the mountain of debt that is being accumulated. I am pretty sure the OakBloke will maintain his "Glug" and there are clearly some very unhappy investors who would like the head of a certain person.

Nationwide et al, are looking for a strong, high quality, well resourced organisation.

They need solid and secure capitalisation, otherwise its curtains.

Existing shareholders will unfortunately take a bath.

PI have already lost the most as SI (sophisticated investors) bailed earlier on as the hype machine continued.

Once investors realise these loses are for real and not some accounting error, sensible discussions can take place.

I did not write the story, I just witnessed the car crash and the loss of hard earned investor income who appeared to have been fed a deluded vision by certain parties.

The OakBloke articles for many are well balanced and grounded. He was introduced to ONDO by excited shareholders following his interests in water leak detection firms.

He wrote a glowing review and examined the potentials based upon the figures and guidance from the executives at ONDO.

Wind forward to the recent calamities and an executive who have clearly challenged their intellectual capacity and exhausted the kitty.

The OakBloke's follow up article was well balanced but stated that ONDO require significant cash to rebuild any semblance of credibility, which I am afraid would wipe out existing shareholders.

However his closing remarks indicate that even with a massive cash injection the project is doomed, so Glug, Glug for ONDO.

There might be a solution but which every way you dissect it, it's really serious.

It would seem that the carnage the clowns created it much more difficult to resolve. The landscape is extremely difficult as that have significant problems. Insurance companies who what guaranteed funding and stability proven and then the crazy US plumbing network (need I say anymore). Yes possible to solve but at what cost and to whom. Someone mentioned legal redress - no chance as the risks were all well know (me for one adn there are others in my group) it was more the credibility and intellectual capacity of the directors who gambled and lost the stake.

Yes customers, I would expect would rate the repair of a leak favourable. The problem however is the management who could not manage an effective formulaic solution and bankrupted the company.

As posted previously (and shot down), the leakbot device - ok, self funded plumbing network - suicidal. End result an almighty mess and the reputations of many to be left in tatters.

Solution: well there's an interesting question

HomeServe and Woods understand each other, however HoneServe are not willing to fund this. I suspect they (HS) have told Woods to secure funding and restructure the company even if all shareholders take a massive haircut. You get the sense HS hold Woods responsible for letting the lunatics loose with strategy and funds.

HomeServe position is rather delicate. Loan has a 10 day notice period under certain provisions but has been extended until 2027.

It could have an ideal time to indicate that HoneServe are / would support any type of fund raise, however until HomeServe position was clarified WHY would anyone invest with such a debt overhang on any cash raised.

It does seem the position is precarious and not just a case of a cash call and "it will be ok".

Expect a buzz-cut

As the clowns have decimated investors capital due to incompetence, having the cavalry arrive is a statement of support. If it is HomeServe who insisted on the Cavalry my position is correct.

In these scenarios, you get the sense HomeServe have requested a forensic dissection of the mess the clowns have created. Can go either way as it could easily be "experiment failed" or "new investment inbound and a full restructure". BTW Clowns must exit the stage.

Looks like emergency "keep the lights on" raise is on its way. At least then a plan of action can be initiated and the removal of certain parties put in place.

Oak Bloke is out and no mention of re-entry

There is a strong sense of dismay in play and no updates.

Probably the first ONDO shareholder who has acknowledged that a tech company, should be a tech company. My points however remain the same that what is management trying to do except bankrupt the company.

He did and was bullish (against my better judgement) but he totally missed the suicidal plumbers network Craig set-up. The question is why was the plumbers network set-up and were the board (ok Mr Wood) using ONDO as tester to penetrate a marker concept using ONDA Shareholders as the sacrificial lambs. Anyway, its floundering and needs a miracle and if you are a shareholder "take cover".

Yes we do have an interest, however it is a side show owned by the chairman (not ideal but may add to the value of WATR in the end). Better to divest when the company provides a positive position.
