RE: SP collapse through 200p in 201913 Jan 2019 01:03
The commentators really don't have a fecking clue when it comes to BT.
Fast forward to October 2020 and Openreach TUPE all their staff to MJ Quinn and BT retain ownership of the glass fibre network and the FTTC network demarcation point at the Cab handover point.
Smart move. BT retain the modern delivery network with none of the maintenance costs covered by the service level guarantee....
Fecking result. The copper network falls to the daft Portuguese feckers that bought MJ Quinn's lol...stick that in your Brexit pipe hahahaha
By Party Name. ... Additionally, in cases which have many parties, Courts sometimes abbreviate the case name to, for example, Smith and Anor v Brown & Ors - where Anor means Another and Ors means Others.
Is suggesting an emergency bulletin board on another platform should the Frontera ones get closed as often happens after delisting.
It's a good idea because you can bet your bottom dollar that the TW crew will try and influence a closure to the boards here and there to shut down any Comms between us.

To summarise it seems that FRR sought disclosure on unknown issues from Hope and Outrider – having to go for Hope himself in the US (I understand Outrider funds are in fact registered in the Caymans – one as recently as April this year - but others going back quite some time).
An initial request for disclosure was lodged in the US against Hope himself on 8th November followed by another on 16th November. See link:
Regarding lawyers my guess is that both Outrider and FRR had the same team, Maple. To avoid any conflict FRR immediately chose the next biggest, Moruant. Possibly on a case only basis. (Outrider Offshore was first registered in the Caymans in 2004 – so well before FRR went to the Islands)
