Yes probably PJ and CF but..., I have a feeling delisting and going private changes a lot of regulatory and director functions and makes it far easier to simply vote Hope off the board especially if the judge seems it appropriate. I have a feeling many of the 16 Billion shares are in friendly hands to Hope and if listed could sway an EGM vote but delisting makes the amount of shares negligible it becomes a pure boardroom number game ... delisting could be a very good short term position to sack him.
