Just for clarity...the injunction was lifted and reapplied at the direction hearing... The clerk confirmed this to Puddy and I have an email to confirm this. Puddy then asked for an email to clarify the hearing but so far it hasn't arrived, but rest assured the injunction was lifted and reapplied again..possibly just standard procedure as the judge has to face both sides without prejudice so there cannot be one party with more weight than the other as they both have to face the judge who has to view the case impartially...he cannot do that if one party has a distinct advantage.

Not that we can see yet so Puddy is going to call again tomorrow to try and get an email clarifying the situation and to try and find out when the next one is....at least he's trying on our behalf to get some form of Comms..

Puddy asked the person at court to email what happened and she said she would by close of play today 8pm our time but she hasn't had the permission from her superior....
